Sanremo Oasis at City di Mare

The grounds on the apartment complex was really nice and the pool area was clean and set out nicely. We had trouble with our room as we're given a much smaller room and not the 2 bedroom as shown in the picture when booking. This was resolved but at extra cost, dissapointing as we chose this for the value and the price we ended up paying had we know this before we would have chose differently. The new room although 2 bedroom was tiny and the layout was strange and nearly as uncomfortable as the couch. We only had bedding for 1 bed and 2 towels between 4 of us. Upon check out they attempted to charge for a missing plate...we never used as we ate out every meal. Very uncomfortable experience. Would not stay here again, glad we only had 2 nights there.

This place is good overall. I like the pool, gym, quietness, and it's quite safe out here. The place has fresh air. It's near Il Corso and the City Di Mare jogging area just nearby. So we jog almost every day there. It's also near SM Seaside, it's the best mall in Cebu. You can also ride bikes in the City Di Mare area. There's also a gym here, so you can workout and swim in the pool afterward. The downside I would say are the internet (ONLY PLDT AND NOT FIBER) and transport or commuting. There are no jeepney and bus routes. Taxis are super rare. You would need to wait for a taxi for hours or so. The internet in the building I'm at only has non-fiber PLDT. It's frustrating because I'm paying more that what I'm supposed to get and there's nothing I can do about it since I'm working and I need internet. There's also no other providers here which is pretty interesting. Overall, if you are looking for a place to stay and chill, I think it's not that bad at all. It's super quiet out here and you can really relax. It's also safe here since there are guards everywhere in the area. Also, there are upcoming changes in this place.

It was amazing! There are two bedrooms (master and single bed and with extra foam) and comes with a bath towel and pillows. The bathroom is clean and with heat/cool options whether you prefer a hot/cold/normal bath. Complete kitchen utensils, no need to bring yours like plates, knives, cups, water heater, rice cooker, and fridge. WIFI is also available. Also, have a living area. I loved it. It caters to 5 people.

We own a bunch of condo units here. And I can safely say that the accomodations of other units are quite nice! Quite a lot to choose from actually. To all potential visitors, please keep in mind that THIS IS NOT A HOTEL/MOTEL! Think of it as other people's homes, but in the form of a condo unit. And try to care care of them please.

We're treated like we were in the wrong either due to mismanagement of Airbnb owner or some driver just parks where he/she wants. We paid for 3 overnight parkings, but had to park outside near the guard house at the last night because the number assigned was parked by another car, and so we had no choice but to park in the common area which is very far from our building. Guard treating us like we were in the wrong, and blowing his temper on us.

Overall, experience is terrible. The staff was quite unpleasant. We acknowledge that they are abiding by the rules, however the guard's approach to their customers is overbearing. The structure appears outdated and poorly maintained. Even though we reserved a room for a night, the parking time was only a few hours. Additionally, using the pool and other amenities was quite difficult, and the service staff—especially the guards—was unapproachable. Not recommended.
